Steve has participated in his family business in every level of home building & multi-family management including positions as a laborer and maintenance technician, assistant project supervisor and leasing, marketing specialist as well as property manager.

Steve graduated from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia with a B.S. in Business Management and went onto earn his Masters in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University.

Steve is also a certified Fitness Trainer and avid cyclist. He participates in various annual charity rides and runs, including: Multiple Sclerosis 150 City to Shore, American Cancer Society Bike-a-Thon and Irish Pub Children’s Foundation Tour de Shore.

Steve is also an active volunteer with the Urban Land Institute and the Alzheimer’s Association, where he serves on the Corporate Outreach Committee, Spring Gala Committee and Junior Committee.
